Adult Coed Volleyball
Our program runs approximately eight weeks from February to March at the Blissfield Middle School. This is a fun league that runs on Sunday evenings. SPIKE IT!
Blissfield Aquatic Center Swim Lessons
Want to prepare your child for the pool? We offer various level swim lesson levels; providing your child the opportunity to learn about swimming and water safety. Our swim lesson sessions are two weeks, Tuesday- Friday. Check out our registration form with class descriptions for each level. JUST KEEP SWIMMING!

Spring Youth Soccer
This program runs April through May and is a coed program for youth. We have divisions from U4 thru U15, with U8-U15 being travel teams. Home games are played at the soccer fields behind the Blissfield Middle School. This league is designed for kids who want to learn the game and have fun. Registration begins in January and ends in early March. The head coach gets one child who plays for free. GOAL!
Games will be played on Saturday mornings and early afternoons. Travel teams will play in Dundee, Tecumseh, Ida, Clinton, and Onsted.

3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
The streets of Downtown Blissfield become basketball courts as our exciting annual tournament takes place on the second Saturday in July. Grades 3 through adult battle each other in this double elimination event with t-shirts for all entries and trophies for the winners. Registration begins in May. NOTHING BUT NET!
Fall Youth Soccer

Youth Tackle Football
Our 5th & 6th grade players take to the gridiron to learn the basics of the game and to play live action games. This will involve travel at times and begins with practice and games in September running through October. Home games are played on the Blissfield Varsity field with practices at the Blissfield Elementary School. The head coach gets one child who plays for free. FIRST DOWN!
Youth Flag Football
Youth flag football is split into two divisions and is coed. We offer 1st and 2nd grade along with 3rd and 4th grades. The season runs for 6-7 weeks and begins in September. All games are played at the Blissfield Elementary School with the last game of the season being played under the lights on the Varsity field. The head coach gets one child who plays for free. TOUCHDOWN!
Youth Cheerleading
Our cheer squads will cheer at fall events, prominently football games. Squads are split into two groups: K-2nd and 3rd-6th grades. Cheer season starts the same time football begins which is in September. The head coach gets one child who plays for free. 123, READY BEGIN!
Blissfield on Tap
Come to our annual craft beer festival in August in our historic downtown Blissfield. Live bands, food, and lots of fun. Vendors from across the region will be here for you to taste their offerings. This is a 21 and over event. This event is our departments main fundraising event for the year, and all proceeds benefit our programs. CHEERS!
Adult Softball
Ellis park lights up for this league where standings are kept and a trophy awarded to the league champs. An end of the season tournament will also take place with hardware awarded too. Registration begins in July and games begin shortly following. IT’S LONG GONE!
Light up the Park
Join us in bringing the HOLIDAY spirit to our Village! Blissfield residents, businesses, and groups are invited to sponsor and decorate a tree during the Christmas Season. Decorated Trees will be on Display at Ellis Park for our community to enjoy during the month of December. Each tree will have access to electric hookup. Sales will begin in November with a limited quantity available. All revenues go towards the Parks and Recreation Department to help with maintenance needs and future programs. LIGHT IT UP!
